Welcome to Trumartt. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our marketplace platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform.

User Responsibilities

Account Registration
To use our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account and when listing products or services. Misleading or false information is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Trumartt. This includes but is not limited to intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, and data protection regulations.

How do I become a vendor on Trumartt

To become a vendor is completely free, register for an account and apply for vendor status through the “Become a Vendor” page. Provide the required information and register your store.

All vendors must verify their stores with Ghana Card.
To do this, go to your store dashboard and select ‘Settings,’ then click ‘Verification.’ Check the box to verify your account, and upload a clear image of your Ghana Card along with a selfie of you holding your Ghana Card. Fill in your address and save the information.

Once your verification is approved, you can begin listing your products and services.

What are the fees for selling on Trumartt

Trumartt charges a 5% commission on each sale. The commission rate varies depending on the product or service category.

Payment

Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Mobile Money, and other electronic payment options. All payments must be made through the Trumartt platform.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateways. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Any issues or disputes related to payment processing should be directed to the respective payment provider.

Vendor Payments
Ensure that all payments to vendors are made through Trumartt. Any payment made outside the marketplace is at your own risk and is not covered by Trumartt’s return or refund policy.

Vendor Payouts
Vendor payouts are processed on a regular schedule, typically bi-weekly. The payout schedule and method will be outlined in your seller account settings. Ensure that your payment details are up to date to avoid any delays. Trumartt deducts any applicable fees or commissions before transferring the remaining balance to your account.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
Our return policy allows for the return of certain products and services within a specified period. Refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on eligibility and the return process.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support within the specified return period. Provide proof of purchase and reason for return. Returns must be shipped back to the seller in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error.

Exceptions
Certain products and services may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to digital goods, perishable items, and customized products. Refer to the product listing for specific return eligibility.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data you provide to us will be handled by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraud and Deception
Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities on Trumartt. This includes but is not limited to creating fake accounts, manipulating reviews, and misrepresenting products or services.

Harassment and Abuse
Harassment, abuse, or any form of threatening behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to sending offensive messages, stalking, and bullying.

Spam
Users are prohibited from sending unsolicited messages or spam to other users. This includes but is not limited to promotional messages, advertisements, and phishing attempts.

Termination

Termination by User
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Trumartt customer support. Upon termination, all outstanding transactions must be completed, and any remaining balances will be settled.

Termination by Trumartt
Trumartt reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Marketplace Policy, fraudulent activities, and failure to comply with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Trumartt is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, and goodwill.
