Account Security

 Registration
All users must register for an account to buy or sell on Trumartt. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information
All users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account and listing products or services. Misleading or false information is prohibited.

Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Trumartt. This includes but is not limited to intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, and data protection regulations.

Listing Products and Services

Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited on Trumartt:
– Illegal or stolen goods
– Counterfeit or replica items
– Hazardous materials
– Items that promote hate, violence, or discrimination
– Adult content and services

Listing Accuracy
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of the products and services they list. Misleading or false listings are prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

Pricing
Sellers are responsible for setting the prices of their products and services. Prices must be fair and not misleading. Trumartt reserves the right to remove listings with unreasonable pricing.

Transactions

Payment Methods
All payments must be made through the Trumartt platform using the available payment methods. Payments made outside the marketplace are at the user’s own risk and are not covered by Trumartt’s policies.

Order Fulfillment
Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and accurately. Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension or termination.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Trumartt will mediate to resolve the issue. Both parties are expected to cooperate and provide any necessary information to facilitate a resolution.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
Our return policy allows for the return of certain products and services within a specified period. Eligibility for returns is outlined in our Return Policy. Please review the policy before making a purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, buyers must contact Trumartt customer support within the specified return period. Proof of purchase and reason for return will be required. Returns must be shipped back to the seller in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller. The refund amount will be credited to the buyer’s original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error.

Exceptions
Certain products and services may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to digital goods, perishable items, and customized products. Refer to the product listing for specific return eligibility.

Vendor Payouts

Payout Schedule
Vendor payouts are processed on a regular schedule, typically bi-weekly. The payout schedule and method will be outlined in your seller account settings. Ensure that your payment details are up to date to avoid any delays.

Fees and Commissions
Trumartt deducts any applicable fees or commissions before transferring the remaining balance to your account. Refer to our Vendor Agreement for detailed information on fees and commissions.

Payment Issues
If you encounter any issues with your payout, contact Trumartt customer support. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Fulfillment

Timely Fulfillment
Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and accurately. Failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner may result in account suspension or termination.

Shipping and Handling
Vendors are responsible for shipping and handling of their products. Shipping costs should be clearly outlined in the product listing. Vendors must provide tracking information to buyers once the order is shipped.

Returns and Refunds
Vendors must comply with the Marketplace’s Return and Refund Policy. Vendors are responsible for processing returns and issuing refunds in accordance with the policy.

Data Protection

Personal Data
Vendors must handle the personal data of buyers by applicable data protection laws and the Marketplace’s Privacy Policy.

Data Security
Vendors must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data. Vendors are responsible for any unauthorized access or breaches of personal data.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraud and Deception
Vendors are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities on the Marketplace. This includes but is not limited to creating fake accounts, manipulating reviews, and misrepresenting products or services.

Harassment and Abuse
Harassment, abuse, or any form of threatening behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to sending offensive messages, stalking, and bullying.

Spam
Vendors are prohibited from sending unsolicited messages or spam to other users. This includes but is not limited to promotional messages, advertisements, and phishing attempts.

Termination

Termination by Vendor
Vendors may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting Marketplace customer support. Upon termination, all outstanding transactions must be completed, and any remaining balances will be settled.

Termination by Marketplace
The Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activities, and failure to comply with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Marketplace is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, and goodwill.

Amendments

The Marketplace reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Marketplace website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
